PlanWell merges the services of SFO Color Graphics compounded with a robust web application to provided reprographics services at a whole new level. The primary objective of PlanWell is to provide a safe and secure way to organize, store, and manage your project plans and specs digitally. You have the ability to control who can view and order the prints of your plans and specs for a specific project. The content provider typically pays a small document management fee for the use of the system, but other users of the system simply pay for their normal reprographic services, nothing more.

Documents are stored on secure and dual servers, as a comprehensive directory of plans and specifications capable of incorporating revisions and addenda accurately and in real time. Any modifications within the document collection is documented and updated. Files are available whenever and wherever you need them via customized distribution lists, scheduling, and delivery methods.

Files and collections are password protection; restricting access to authorized personnel only. Creating and maintaining your document collection with PlanWell provides you with an automatic disaster recovery plan as well as protection against data corruption, viruses, and even everyday human error.
